Purpose

The founding purpose was, and still is, for Employers to have access to independent, non-conflicted consulting advice for their sponsored employee retirement plans.

Mission

The mission is the Plan Sponsor’s side of responsibility equation, and having a successful path to simplifing recurring and non-recurring compliant plan administration.

Goals

Two mutual goals are minimizing the ‘oops’ factor for Employers and maximizing the retirement outcomes for Participants.
